Description

To obtain approval for the construct of a two-storey addition to the existing multi-use residential building. A total of 12 units wiill be created as part of this proposal. 12 residential parking spaces will be provided at surface level, 13 parking spaces will be provided at surface level, and two shared parking spaces will be provided at surface level for visitors and non-residential occupants.
