Description
RIVER CITY PHASE III. To obtain site plan approval for the construction of a 29 storey mixed use condo building containing 333 residential dwelling units, 172 below grade parking spaces of which 153 parking spaces are for residential use, and 19 parking spaces are for visitor use. Resubmission changes include 332 res units and 182 parking spaces. Feb 23 2016 resubmission circulated to Environmental Planning for comment and to Buildings for their files & FYI.
