Application to subdivide part of York University owned lands located south of the Pond Road, east of Sentinel Road, north of Assiniboine Road, extending east to the edge of the Southwest Precinct. Revised submission includes two new public roads (extension of Haynes Road and Leitch Road).Resulting Plans were in 2 Phases - 1 and 2A. Instrument nos. AT5682241(Phase 1), Plan 66M-2575 and AT5682195 (Phase 2A), Plan 66M-2554.
