Description

Zoning By-law Amendment application revised SEPT 2015. File No 14 176221 is Phase 1 of 2 phase project. Both phases are being reviewed together (please see application File No: 14 176212). Phase 1 now inlcludes the South East building from Phase 2. Total residential units for Phase 1 is 666. Total GFA for residential, retail and auto dealerships is 68,816m2. (The 7- storey building fronting onto Queen St E has been removed an a public park is proposed). The two buildings on the EAST side of Phase 1 would have heights of 15 and 20storeys. The south east building previously in Phase 2 is 13 storeys.
