Description
To amend the current obligation under site specific Zoning By-law 1091-2005 and a Section 37 Agreement between the City and the land owner for the three (3) rental dwelling units in the converted house located on the subject lands. The obligation will be provided in revised form, in the apartment building which exists on the lands.
