Description

Revised Draft Plan of Subdivision in connection with a Rental Housing & Demolition application (File No. 11 331382 NNY 33 RH) and applications to amend the Official Plan and Sheppard East Subway Corridor Secondary Plan and former City of North York Zoning By-law No. 7625 (File No. 11 330023 NNY 33 OZ).The revised plan of subdivision application proposes the creation of 4 blocks and a new public road. Block 1 on the draft plan is proposed to be developed with 24 stacked rental replacement townhouse units and a low rise apartment building comprising 67 rental replacement dwelling units. Block 2 is proposed to be developed with 24 stacked rental townhouse units. Block 3 is proposed to be developed with 583 condominium dwelling units. Block 4 along the southern portion of the site is proposed to be dedicated to the City for open space purposes. The proposed public road varies in width from 18.5 metres to 16.5 metres.
