Description
Proposal for Site Plan Control for the development of two mid-rise buildings that anchor the east (9 storeys) and west (9 storeys) side of the site. The two mid rise buildings connect by a row of two storey townhouse units which have no direct interior connection. There is a four storey podium that connects into the mid-rise building. Total development would consist of 18147m2 of residential gross floor area with a total of 155 rental units (15 - one bedroom, 33 - two bedroom, 107 - three or more bedrooms). There will be one level of below grade parking wich would accommodate 77 parking spaces and provision made to include bicycle parking throughout the space.
