Description
Proposal for an eight-storey, multi-use buidling that includes residence space for 740 students, six culinary arts labs, nine classrooms, a teaching restaurant that is open to the public and a conference hall with seating capacity for 300 people. The new development would have a gross floor area of 32,841 m2. A new internal road on the north side of the building is proposed. The proposed development would result ina reduction of 141 parking spaces, leaving a total of 1500 spaces.
