Description
Proposed amendments to the Etobicoke Zoning Code and new City-wide Zoning By-law to permit a industrial building on the westerly 2.6 acres of the subject lands and a 176 unit townhouse development on the remaining 9.9 acres of the subject lands. Three new municipal roads would be constructed in connection with the development proposal.
