Description
Site Plan Approval (13-262621 SA) and Zoning By-Law Amendment (13-262623 OZ) for a 12 storey residential building (21,200m2) consisting of 40 bachelor units, 180 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedrooms. A total of 230 parking spaces will be provided with 194 (including 2 auto car share spaces) for residents and 36 for visitors. Revisions Dec 29, 2014: Reduction in the overall building height from 38.5m to 36.25m, an increase in the setback on the upper levels of the building, a reduction in the number of units from 298 to 287 as well as other changes to address comments from various City dept's. May 1, 2015 Revised Plans addressing previous comments from Planning, Devt Eng, Forestry, Envt Planning, Energy Efficiency. July 27, 2015 Revised Plans addressing comments from Devt Eng, Forestry, Envtal Planning with draft By-law.
