Description
Application to amend Zoning By-law No. 438-86 and Site-Specific Zoning By-law No. 728-2006 to remove the "Holding Symbol (h)" on the Phase 5 lands of the Davenport Village Area development to permit an 88-unit stacked townhouse development. The lands are currently zoned R2(h) and R4(h).
