Description
To permit the construction of a new building containing 388 residential condo units comprised of 86 studio, 240 one-bedroom units and 62 two-bedroom units with a total residential GFA of 22,850 m2 and a total non-residential GFA of 250 m2. 57 residential parking spaces including 13 visitor parking spaces and 6 car share spaces will be provided in 3 levels of underground parking. The proposal includes 765 m2 of interior amenity space and 720 m2 of exterior amenity space.
