Description

Proposal to redevelop the site containing two vacant residential buildings, previously used as rooming houses, by connecting the two buildings, adding a fourth storey addition and completing interior renovations. The new residential building will be comprised of 26 bachelor units, 5 one-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units totalling 33 units. 4 parking spaces will be provided at the rear of the site.
