Description
Tropicana Community Services Organization of Scarborough, a non-profit social service organization has proposed interior renovations to its existing building, in order to convert vacant industrial floor space to accommodate new office and adminstrative support services, as well as recreation and educational facilities. Minor exterior alterations to the building envelope are proposed. Proposed changes to the site are limited to re-striping of the parking spaces to reduce their dimensions from 3m to 2.6m.
