Description
Site Plan Approval application to construct a one-storey, 15,403 square metre retail warehouse facility (Costco Warehouse Membership Club) on the western portion of the site and surface parking lot containing 669 spaces on the eastern portion of the site. A portion of the existing office building formerly occupied by Coca Cola Refreshments Canada would be retained and incorporated into the proposed retail warehouse facility. The former bottling plant on the eastern portion of the site has been demloshed.
