Description

Proposal for Site Plan Approval for an 8-storey mid-rise building along Dundas Street West, and a 23-storey tower at the rear of the property adjacent the rail corridor. The proposal also includes a passenger pick-up and drop-off facility to serve the Metrolinx/GO Union-Peason Express. Zoning has been approved by the OMB (By-law 354-2014). The site plan application was also appealed to the OMB which has directed that the City complete its review andf provide appropriate conditions. This circulation is to address outstanding issues raised by toronto Building staff regarding compliance with the site-spacific Zoning By-law approved for the site. The associated Zoning application is file No. 11 317575 STE 14 OZ.

Comparison with similar applications

Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to the first decision status seen in our daily loads (measured from launch). Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.

Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.

Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
