Description
A revised proposal to permit a 36-storey (123.25 m) mixed use building, with 1,726 sq.m. of retail area, 3,246 sq.m. of office area, and 24,390 sq.m. of residential area, consisting of 313 residential units. A 5-level below grade parking garage is to accomodate 191 automobile parking spaces. 276 bicycle parking spaces are proposed on the ground and 6th storey.
