Description

Application for 362 Wallace Ave in the Junction neighbourhood. The proposal is a mixed-use development with 21 commercial units abutting the retail corridor and 168 residential stacked townhome units on a 12600 square metres site. The proposal includes a new public road and a 500 square metre community centre. Please also note the Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment applications. Plans were recirculated on March 24th to Engineering, but Engineering didn't receive Request For Comments until April 8th.
