Description

The applicant has submitted an official plan amendment, zoning by-law amendment, plan of subdivision and site plan application for a 58 unit townhouse development consisting of 8 blocks. Six of the blocks would front on to a new proposed public road having two access points from Finch Avenue East. The remaining two blocks would front on to Finch Avenue East.
