Description
This Site Plan Control application is for approval of a revised residential/commercial development. Times 2933 Inc is the new owner of the subject property. This revised development proposal is to permit the construction of a 14,182 square metre 18-storey building containing 170 apartment dwelling units and 299 square metres of retail floor area on the ground floor.
