Description
Proposed four storey residential "L" shaped condominium building with a total gross floor area of 7,701 square metres (82,893 square feet). There are a total of 92 residential units proposed in a variety of one to three bedroom layouts. The overall height of the building is 18.6 metres (61 feet), including the mechanical penthouse. The overall development density is 2.09 times the lot area. A total of 103 parking spaces will be provided.
