Description
Proposed four storey residential "L" shaped condominium building with a total gross floor area of 7,961 square metres (85,692 square feet). There are a total of 96 residential units proposed in a variety of one to three bedroom layouts. The overall height of the building is 18.6 metres (61 feet), including the mechanical penthouse.
