Description
A mixed use development with 5 residential towers ranging in height from 12 storeys to 31 storeys with two office buildings (1210 & 1220 Sheppard Avenue East) retained at the rear of the site. A new public street and central publicly accessible open space is proposed. There are 1,478 residential units, 3,562 square metres of new commercial floor space and 27,632 square metres of existing office space retained. The floor space index is 3.9. The OMB approved the application on November 20, 2013 file no PL 120751 and PL 120752.
