Description
Redevelopment of the existing site for a new mixed use development containing a 8-storey mid-rise building on Dundas St W and a 23 storey tower on the eastern portion of the site adjacent the rail corridor. The 8-storey building effectively functions as the base-building (podium) for the tower. The development would include 369 dwelling units, ground floor retail (totaling 466.3 sq m), 234 vehicle parking spaces and 285 bicycle parking spaces. Included in the proposal is a pedestrian walkway for connection to a proposed new Bloor Go/Air link and TTC subway entrance. Also included in the revised proposal is a pedestrian pick-up and Drop-off facility for the GO Transit/Metrolinx Air-Rail Link facility proposed for the site.
