Description
Phase 2 of the River City Development for a 12 storey building with a total gross floor area of 23,345m2 comprising; 249 residential units, 246 parking spaces (for Phase 1 and 2) and 250 bicycle parking spaces. Committee of Adjustment (A0887/11TEY) variances were approved in 2011 to increase the floor area of the residential penthouse and the height of the building. In addition, Council approved a Part Lot Control Exemption application (12-262830 STE 28 PL) in February 2013 for this phase of development.
