Description

Rezoning application for new mixed use building consisting of a 15 storey tower (47.3 metres plus a 5.5 metre mechanical penthouse) fronting on King Street West with commercial uses on the ground floor and second floor. An 11 storey tower (35.8 metre plus 5.2 metre mechanical penthouse) is proposed for the portion of the site fronting on Stewart Street. The development would include a total of 404 units. The proposal includes 283 parking spaces on five levels of underground parking with 130 parking spaces for residents and 153 commercial (public) parking spaces. There is no visitor parking provided.
