Description
Rezoning application for mixed use building containing commercial at grade. This application proposes to redevelop the property at 41 Ossington Avenue with a five storey condominium, having ground floor retail, fronting Ossington Avenue and nine four-storey townhouse units fronting Rebecca Street. A total of 21 residential units are proposed between the condominium and townhouses, with 16 parking spaces to be provided. 8 car parking spaces will be situated on a parking stacker. Revisions - The unit count has increased from 21 to 25 (19 apartments suites and 6 townhouses), the parking spaces have been increased to 21 spaces with 16 spaces accommodated in 2 parking stackers located in the middle and east portion of the townhouses.
