Description

Application for condominium approval for five new buildings including two 28 storey apartment buildings, 16 storey and 12 storey apartment buildings and a block of 11 townhouses for a total of 1131 residential units. Draft Plan approval issued May 10, 2011. Revisions to draft plan approval requested by applicant on May 19, 2011 and on October 25, 2011. Application made to C of A for variances to parking space dimensions and lockers for Block 20. Application heard December 14, 2011 (A595/11NY) and refused by C of A. Applicant appealed to OMB, approved on March 22, 2012. Revised draft plan approval issued on April 2/12. Final approval issued on April 11/12.
