Description

A three phase program which includes renovations and additions to existing heritage structures (Phase 1), a new one-storey, 595 square metre Actors Conservatory (Bldg 8a) that replaces an outdoor pool and cabana , a one-storey, 6 square metre addition to the existing Greenhouse and Potting Shed (Phase 2- Bldg 4) and a 384 square metre addition to the existing Gatehouse (Bldg 2a). The additions increase the gross floor area from 2,631 square metres to 3,616 square metres and would be used for educational purposes (film making programs). Also proposed is a 24-space parking lot bringing the total on site supply to 50 spaces.
