Description

To permit the redevelopment of the Yonge-Eglinton Centre (20 Eglinton Avenue West, 2300 Yonge Street, 33 Orchard View Boulevard and 411 Duplex Avenue). The redevelopment proposal consists of the creation of 4,020 square metres of new retail / commercial space in a 3-storey building along the Yonge-Eglinton corner and additions to the existing office towers of 5 storeys (20 Eglinton Avenue) and 7 storeys (2300 Yonge Street). Also included are: improvements and enhancements to the public realm both within and outside the buildings, additional landscaping and open space areas, and a publicly accessible roof garden.
