Description
SPA application to permit redevelopment of the lands at 272-280 Donlands Avenue and 243 and 249 Cosburn Avenue for an 11-storey mixed use building containing community space at grade (Woodgreen community services) and 134 affordable residential dwelling units above. 105 parking spaces of which 99 spaces below grade - 2 levels below grade. The existing buildings at 243 and 249 Cosburn Avenue will not be demolished.
