Description
Proposed revisions to develop the subject site with a 7-storey office building and a 9-storey hotel component at west portion of lands. Total gross floor area of 44,670 m2 (480,824 ft2), including 24,090 m2 (259,303 ft2) for office use, 1,414 m2 (15,220 ft2) for retail and 16,276 m2 (175,194 ft2) for hotel, conference, restaurant and cafe uses. Existing connection to York Mills subway maintained.592 parking spaces in 4 levels of below grade parking & 176 Bicycle parking spaces with access from Wilson Avenue. City Council adopted original staff report report July 12, 2011.
