Description
NOAC issued on August 10, 2011. Minor Variance Application A0850/11TEY approved on May 2, 2012 to primarily increase the height of building from 45 to 48 storeys, increase the GFA, and reduce the parking requirement. Revised Site Plan application was received on September 12, 2012. Key revisions related to height from 152 metres to 160.88 metres, 32 additional residential units (539 units total), 1860 square metres of additional GFA, 77 square metres of additional indoor amenity space. Commercial/office units on the upper levels fronting Yonge St have been replaced with residential units and retail mezzanines along St Nicholas have been deleted.
