Description

This application proposes to amend the Sheppard West/Dublin Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law 7625 of the former City of North York to permit the construction of a 9 storey mixed use building with grade related retail uses and residential uses above. The applicant proposes 314 residential units and 1,436 square meters of non-residential floor space including retail and live-work uses to be served by 388 parking spaces. Included in the unit count is 6 rental replacement units. The total gross floor area of the proposal is 27,965 sq. m resulting in an overall density of 3.0 times the area of the lot.
