Description

Site plan approval application to allow for the construction of a two storey community centre associated with the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care at 50, 60, 80, 90, 100 Scottfield Dr. Applicant was seeking Federal Infrastructure Money Feb 2010 in order to get project underway, but was unsucessful. NOAC was issued Feb 2010. Owner will not proceed until enough money is raised(could take some time). Informed applicant Martin Rendl of required finalizing NOAC preconditions on March 31 2011. Will likely submit letter asking for extension of timeframe to complete conditions. File to remain open.
