Description

The applicant is proposing a 39-storey mixed-use building approximately 122.5 m in height with 320 residential units. The total GFA for this project is 25,511 sm which includes 338 sm of retail on the ground floor. There are a total of 193 parking spaces proposed comprised of 137 standard spaces and 56 small car spaces. The applicant proposes to provide 168 spaces for residents, 20 spaces for visitors, 3 spaces for the retail component and 2 car-share spaces. A total of 205 bicycle parking spaces are provided.
