Description

Amendment to existing site plan agreement changing the loading and parking areas on the north side of the building to convert the existing building into 10 industrial units. On-site parking spaces are required based on the Committee of Adjustment Decision File No. A0067/08NY dated August 13, 2008. 21 visitor parking spaces will also be provided.
