Description
Proposed development of a 44-storey residential building containing 342 units and 29, 271 m2 of total gross floor area. The proposed residential tower will rise out of a 2 to 4 storey podium building that will contain floor space to accommodate retail and office space along Lake Shore Boulevard and townhouses (live/work opportunities) along the north and east faces.
