Description

The purpose of the application is to facilitate the redevelopment of the existing parish hall to a 3-storey, 4,000 square metre (44,000 square feet) development comprised of approximately 2,045 square metre (22,000 square feet) of renovations to the existing heritage structure, plus approximately 2,045 square metre (22,000 square feet) of contemporary building including 5 residences, offices and a variety of facilities to serve the Rector, visitors to the Cathedral and the community. The proposal includes 31 public parking spaces and 5 bicycle parking spaces.
