Description
To construct two residential buildings of 13 and 14 storeys atop a 6 storey podium containing a total of 350 units. Revised application is for 388 units in same gfa as originally proposed. Height of building is also redefined to comply with Building Code definition resulting in 15- and 16-storey buildings atop a 7- and 8-storey podium.
