Description
Site Plan application to permit a 2-storey, 1059 square metre addition to the north-west corner St. Charles Garnier Catholic Elementary School. The addition will comprise nine additional classrooms and two seminar rooms to replace all existing portable classrooms and two semiar rooms. Two existing classrooms on the ground floor and one storage room will be converted into two kindergarten classrooms. The existing seminar rooms will be converted into washrooms and also provide pedestrian connections (hallway) with the existing hallways on both the ground and second floors. The existing 37 parking spaces will remain.
