Description
Conversion of an existing building to Industrial Condominium. Condition of approval: on-site parking spaces are required based on the Committee of Adjustment Decision File No. A0067/08NY dated August 13, 2008. Notwithstanding the above, 21 visitor parking spaces will be reserved for visitors and identified as part of the common elements of the condominium. Additional visitor parking spaces will be provided if needed. A time limit of three hours for parking in these spaces will be strictly enforced.
