Description
Site Plan Approval for 13 townhouse units as part of Phase 2, resulting in a total of eight three-storey townhouse blocks containing 37 residential units for Phase 1 and 2 located at the above noted addresses as set out in the Notice of Approval Conditions issued on December 30, 2010. The original Statement of Approval/Undertaking (U303008) was amended in July 2008 for Phase 1.
