Description
The purpose of the site plan approval appliciation is to permit a 130.6 square metre (1,406 square foot) addition to the existing 1-storey single family detached dwelling. The proposed addition includes 21.4 square metres (230 feet) of ground floor area and a 109.2 sqaure metre (1,175 square foot) second storey. A site plan application is requred because of the proximity of the house to the West Highland Creek ravine.
