Description

To construct two residential buildings of 15 and 16 storeys atop a 7 storey podium containing a total of 350 units. Revised application in February 2011 to increase unit count from 350 to 388 and increase the amount of non-residential floor area. Building gfa to remain the same. Resulting by-laws are 223-2010 and 1118-2011 which amends 223-2010
