Description

Official Plan Amendment and Zoning Bylaw Amendment for redevelopment of lands with two proposed mixed use towers having heights of 48 and 18 storeys. The existing public lane separating the proposed redevelopment will continue to be maintained. Revised submission (June 2009) includes 542 residential units, 116 hotels units and commercial uses. Two towers of 47 and 35 storeys are proposed. The public lane is proposed to be reconfigured. Additional revision dated June 2010 modifies the location and height of the two residential towers.
