Description
Residential development consisting of 42 three and four storey townhouses and 10 three storey semi-detached units, for a total of 52 units. Jinnah Court to be extended southerly to a proposed public street extending from Hobson Ave. Settlement hearing at the OMB held on September 18, 2009 to finalize the Official Plan Amendment, the Zoning By-law and the draft plan of subdivision conditions. The written decision of the Board was issued on October 6, 2009 and the Board has approved the draft plan of subdivision conditions presented as a settlement and approved the OPA and Zoning By-law amendment in the form agreed to by the parties.
